Chain connectors are perfect for extending chain or completing a loop of chain. These connectors are designed to work with standard #10 beaded chain. Available in Nickel Plated Steel and Stainless Steel, the Nickel Plated Steel (NPS) is the most commonly used.
If you are planning to use chain connectors with your clutch operated window shades you need to keep a few items in mind. First, if you add a connector will it keep the shade from going all the way up or all the way down. If so, you might need to pull the shade up so that the end of the chain is now nearest to the top. If you add the connector at that point your shade will now have enough chain to go all the way down. Please call us with any questions.
