Important: It is very important that #10 Qualified metal bead chain be used with the Rollease Clutches. Qualified bead chain comes with 50-51 beads per foot with a bead diameter of 3/16”. Much of the beaded chain sold in the industry is not Qualified and might not work properly in the Rollease Clutches. To be certain that your clutches work properly and don’t get stuck, we recommend using only Rollease chain or Qualified #10 beaded chain with all Rollease clutches.

We do not require an adult signature for deliveries, but please note that the decision to leave your
package without a signature is at the discretion of the delivery person. If you want an item left at
your doorstep, the best thing to do is leave a note on your door asking the driver to leave your package
with "No Signature Required." Be sure to include your name and tracking number (if available) on
the note.
